Our roadmap
Request
Our services start with a thorough consideration of your application, where we aim to accurately identify your specific needs and requirements.
Analysis info and sample
In consultation with the customer, available physical chemical and operational information on the waste(s) is mapped to better understand the nature and composition of the waste(s). If necessary, our services are in close contact with recognised labs that can be called upon to carry out detailed analyses.
Research processing
With sufficient information about the wastes and their origin, the treatment methods that would be considered for processing them are examined. This considers the permits and acceptance criteria of the potential centres, taking into account European and regional legislation.
Transport research
Subject to confirmation of acceptance by one or more processing centres, consideration is given to which transporters would be eligible to ship the waste to the centres' sites. This will take into account the insurance and licences required as waste transporters in the relevant regions.
Quote
Based on our research results, we prepare a detailed quotation covering all aspects of the proposed customised solution. We discuss the quotation thoroughly with you so that all aspects are clear and meet expectations.
Administrative set-up
After approval of the offer, we start the administrative set-up of the so-called waste flow in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and the permits of all partners involved. If required, a so-called notification is drawn up for cross-border shipments of hazardous waste.
Logistical coordination
From the first shipment, a team of driven employees accompanies you from collection to delivery of the waste. We coordinate the entire logistics process for you, attaching great importance to the correct handling of the waste accompanying documents.
Administrative aftercare
After the actual shipment of the waste, Eurowaste SA follows up on further legal formalities such as mandatory notifications to the relevant public authorities.
