Our company

Eurowaste N.V. is a recognised collector of chemical and industrial waste and counts among the market leaders in Europe.

In addition to the processing, storage and transport of chemical waste we also deal with the administrative aspect of these activities. We accompany our customers through the administrative obligations and constantly attempt to find the best solutions in terms of recycling, processing, transport, requests, etc.

Our customers and processing potential extend across Benelux, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Spain.

Our goal is to offer good service so that an economically and ecologically justified solution can be found technically and administratively for specific waste problems.

Wilfried Verhaegen founded Eurowaste in 1996 but has more than 25 years of experience in waste management. He has many years of experience in each aspect of waste treatment. He was one of the founders of Biffa Belgium, now known as Veolia Belgium and was part of the board of directors for several years.

As a chemical engineer Wilfried Verhaegen has a passion for chemistry and has further developed this passion in the waste industry. At this moment he spends most of his time developing relations with clients and looking for new treatment possibilities to better treat our customer’s waste issues.
